Tracy, a resilient U.S. Navy Veteran, has been steadily rebuilding his life with determination and support from Entryway North Texas. After being referred through the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program, he worked a series of temporary jobs while completing Entryway’s training. His perseverance paid off in March 2024 when he received not one, but two job offers—and proudly accepted a Service Technician position with Greystar.
Tracy found a career in a place that perfectly fits his own stage of life (a 55+ community) and offers the opportunity to both live and work on-site. After 17 months on the job, he still expresses deep gratitude for the leadership and resources that made this journey possible, from housing and transportation to emotional support and career opportunities.
