Freddie Mac Multifamily Initiative Supports Entryway

Groundbreaking News!

Freddie Mac Multifamily is rolling out a new initiative, Employer-Enabled Permanent Supportive Housing (EPSH), which supports the work of Entryway and our multifamily industry partners by expanding access to financing for properties with hired Entryway participants.

“The EPSH initiative from Freddie Mac Multifamily is an exciting opportunity to further empower real estate companies to partner with organizations like us – opening the door to opportunities for life changing stability for the individuals and families at risk of or facing homelessness that we serve,” commented David Williams, Entryway President & CEO.
