Vienna, VA /October 30, 2024 — Entryway, a workforce development, employment and housing program, announced today a partnership with SouthCross Security to benefit its mission transitioning individuals and families facing homelessness to economic self-sufficiency in partnership with the real estate industry.

SouthCross Security, a leading multifamily vendor in security and leak detection technology, will provide a donation of up to $10,000 to Entryway for every referral made for its Leak Alert services that results in a new customer.

Doug Yarger, Founder and CEO of SouthCross Security commented “Entryway offers a valuable service to the multifamily industry by providing trained, motivated talent to apartment communities while giving participants in their program a chance to rebuild their lives with a career and a home. We are thrilled to partner with them to help further advance their work and make an impact through our business.”

Leak Alert by SouthCross was developed in collaboration with Camden to be a solution to mitigate the high cost of water damage in multifamily properties. Leak Alert calls a property team member when water is detected in areas unwanted.  It can find a small problem before damage occurs, and save the property a costly insurance claim and hassle for staff and residents.
