Marcus (pictured on the left) came to Entryway after a health condition forced him to step away from his dream of becoming a firefighter. At just 25 years old and raising a young son on his own, Marcus was searching for stability, direction, and a chance to rebuild.
Through Entryway, Marcus received career training, mentorship, and support that helped him regain confidence and begin a new path in the multifamily industry. He joined Bridge Property Management, where his hard work and determination quickly stood out, leading to multiple promotions within his first year.
Today, Marcus is not only building a career, he is building a future for his family. He recently celebrated his son’s kindergarten graduation and shared how meaningful it feels to know he is setting a positive example through his perseverance and growth.
Marcus was so impacted by his experience that he encouraged his younger brother, Seamar, to join Entryway as well. After graduating high school last year, Seamar followed Marcus’s advice, completed certifications through Entryway, and recently began his career with TriBridge Residential.
Today, both brothers are thriving in the multifamily industry with stable careers, renewed confidence, and optimism for the future.
Stories like Marcus and Seamar’s are only possible because of partners and supporters who believe in creating pathways to opportunity, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.
