Entryway is pleased to welcome Peter Claffey as Executive Director of our North Texas market.
Peter brings more than two decades of leadership experience across nonprofit organizations, including science centers, children’s museums, and community-based programs. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong partnerships, improving operations, and expanding programs that connect people to opportunity.
He has led organizations through periods of growth and transition, aligning strategy with day-to-day execution to deliver meaningful results. Peter has worked closely with boards, community partners, and donors to strengthen engagement and support long-term sustainability.
Peter is especially drawn to mission-driven work that creates real pathways for individuals and families. His leadership approach centers on listening first, building trust, and developing practical solutions that meet people where they are.
In North Texas, Peter will lead Entryway’s efforts to expand partnerships with the real estate industry, grow access to career training and employment opportunities, and support individuals and families on a path to long-term economic self-sufficiency.
