VIENNA, VA – May 22, 2025 – Entryway, a national workforce development nonprofit dedicated to transitioning individuals and families experiencing homelessness to economic self-sufficiency, is pleased to welcome Mike Miner to its National Board of Directors. Mike brings a strong background in commercial real estate, strategic leadership, and innovation to the organization.
As Senior Vice President at Berkadia, Mike leads efforts to build a best-in-class Investment Sales platform by recruiting top talent, driving operational excellence, and advancing technology-forward solutions. He collaborates closely with Berkadia Innovation to develop proprietary deal marketing and client outreach tools, and supports national growth initiatives across the platform.
Prior to Berkadia, Mike worked at McKinsey & Company in strategy consulting, advising clients on organizational transformation and long-term planning. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
