Entryway is pleased to announce Jim Rainbolt-Bailey as Executive Director of Entryway North Texas, bringing more than 30 years of sales leadership, business development, and multifamily industry experience to the role.
Jim is no stranger to Entryway. A dedicated member of the Entryway North Texas City Advisory Board, he has been an enthusiastic advocate for the organization and its mission of helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness achieve economic independence through career training, employment, and housing.
His connection to the mission is also deeply personal. Having experienced homelessness himself, Jim understands the impact that opportunity, stability, and support can have in changing the trajectory of someone’s life.
“Entryway’s mission resonates with me on both a personal and professional level,” Jim said. “I’ve been proud to support the organization as a City Advisory Board member, and I’m honored to now have the opportunity to lead Entryway North Texas and build on the incredible work happening across the communities here.”
Jim brings extensive experience in commercial and multifamily architecture and design, along with longstanding relationships across the industry. As Executive Director, he will lead Entryway’s work throughout Dallas and Fort Worth, strengthening partnerships with multifamily employers, community organizations, supporters, and volunteers while expanding opportunities for individuals and families working toward long-term stability.
“Jim already knows Entryway, believes deeply in our mission, and understands the multifamily industry and the local community,” said David Williams, CEO of Entryway. “His experience, relationships, and genuine commitment to serving others make him an outstanding leader for this market. We’re excited to have him take this next step with Entryway.”
Outside of his professional and community work, Jim is an active member of First United Methodist Church, where he participates in the chancel choir. He also enjoys gardening and community volunteering alongside his husband, Michael.
