Entryway Welcomes People & Culture Leader Ali Edelstein to National Board of Directors

Ali Edelstein SVP of People & Culture Joins Entryway National Board

Entryway is pleased to announce the appointment of Ali Edelstein, Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Middleburg Communities, to its National Board of Directors.

Ali brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations build strong workplace cultures, develop talent, and lead through growth and transformation across the real estate, healthcare, fitness, and financial services industries.

As Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Middleburg Communities, Ali leads the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development, total rewards, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics. Under her leadership, Middleburg Communities earned Great Place to Work® Certification and achieved a 90% employee engagement rate.

Through her leadership role at Middleburg Communities, Ali has worked closely with Entryway and developed a strong understanding of the organization’s mission, growth, and impact. Her appointment also reflects Middleburg Communities’ enduring commitment to Entryway as the organization’s founding industry partner and the continued support it has provided since Entryway was established in 2014 by Middleburg CEO Chris Finlay.
