Entryway is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Nicewarner as Executive Director of our Central Texas market.
Melissa brings more than 22 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a distinguished career dedicated to building coalitions, driving systems change, and connecting communities to critical resources. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched and scaled local markets for national organizations, developed impactful cross-sector partnerships, and transformed bold ideas into sustainable community solutions.
Her work has positively impacted thousands of individuals and families across Texas by expanding access to food, housing, employment opportunities, and healthcare. Melissa understands that stable employment and housing are not simply support services. They are foundational to long-term health, wellbeing, and economic independence.
As Executive Director, Melissa will lead Entryway’s efforts across Central Texas, working alongside apartment industry partners, community organizations, volunteers, and supporters to create pathways to employment, housing, and brighter futures for individuals and families seeking a fresh start.
